Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Used or opened skincare products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds

• Once your return is inspected and approved, we will initiate your refund.

• Refunds may take up to 7–10 working days to process.

• Refunds will be made via the original payment method or store credit (based on your preference).

Exchange

• If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
